Categories: Use ExpenseLog’s tools to organize your expenses. ExpenseLog comes with commonly used expense categories such as Business and Personal. Custom categories are easily created to meet your needs.

For example, create a category for an upcoming trip to New York City called “New York” and enter all your New York City related expenses under this category. Or create categories for tracking expenses to be charged to clients and customers.

Accounts: ExpenseLog comes preloaded with commonly used expense accounts such as:

An unlimited number of expense accounts can be added and customized for your company and accounting department's needs.

Sorting: Sort expenses by date, category, account, payment method, or currency to view information in formats best suited to your needs.

ExpenseLog also allows recording of vendor and meeting details, payment methods, and taxes. Finally, ExpenseLog reporting lets you produce by date and amount and track expense claims until they are paid.
