I. INSTALLATION (top)

Obtaining a USERNAME and PASSWORD (top)

Select "Create Account" at the top of this page and follow the steps.

Obtaining the ExpenseLog application (top)

Next, a link to the Free-Trial application of ExpenseLog is automatically sent to your message Inbox.

After you receive the link in your text message inbox, open the message and then accept the download to install ExpenseLog on your mobile handset.

Once you have successfully downloaded ExpenseLog, open the ExpenseLog application.

II. Running ExpenseLog for the first time : SETUP (top)

After running ExpenseLog for the first time on your mobile, you will be prompted with a set up wizard which will guide you through the customization of ExpenseLog Pro for your organization.

Customizing date, currency, and mileage rate (top)

The next screen you are presented with is titled Step 1 of 2 which will prompt you to select your date, mileage and currency preferences that will be used by the application.

The date preference is the display format of dates inside the application and in your expense reports, for example MONTH/DAY or DAY/MONTH.

For the currency preference, select your home currency. This will show all expense totals in your home currency.

The mileage preference determines your preferred unit of measurement for mileage claims : Kilometers or Miles.

The next screen allows you to enter your standard reimbursement rate per mile or per kilometer. ExpenseLog uses this to automatically calculate your expense claim when entering a mileage expense.

After you have chosen your date, currency, and mileage preferences, you will be prompted to enter and test the username and password that you were given.

Please locate the email that was sent to you with your ExpenseLog username and password, and continue through the wizard. Enter your username and password when prompted by the setup wizard.

The final step will prompt you to test your username and password by choosing the menu item, “Finish”. If you have entered your username and password correctly you will receive a success message.

If you receive an error, then you may have entered your username or password incorrectly. Please try to re-enter the username and password and try again.
